TC 356 VFD was dispatched to an illegal burn late this evening.
Several firefighters, including several junior firefighters responded to the call. Tanker and Engine 1 were dispatched as well. Once the fire was under control, our seasoned firefighters under the watchful eye of our Chief and Captain, worked with the juniors on proper hose techniques, what to look for when putting out a fire, and proper cleaning up of equipment at the end of a call. If you are burning please make sure to have water on hand to put the fire out.
