Early this morning Shepherd VFD responded to a house fire. Everyone was able to get out of the house and by the grace of God, noone was hurt. Thanks to the Bear Creek and Coldspring Volunteer Fire Department for their assistance with extinguishing this fire. Additional thanks go out to family, neighbors and friends who assisted the first fire truck on scene with getting much needed water to the house.
